Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete as well as an IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. After quitting her gymnastics career Ariel Khadr began competing in fitness competitions when she was a teenager. At the age of 17 she was awarded her professional card just one year later. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model as well as a an athlete sponsored by IFBB. Ariel Khadr started her fitness show career when she was just 16 at which point she stopped the sport of gymnastics. She earned her Pro Card only one year later, at the age of 17. Thus becoming an IFBB Pro at the age of 17. IFBB Pro of all time. Ariel quit the stage after 6 years in order to finish her college. In 2015 continued her previous efforts, wherein she competed at elite events like Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. When she won her first competition in 2009, she continued competing for a number of years setting up new goals. She had already been awarded four fitness awards. Also, she was the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champion. This made her oldest IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) in the history of fitness. Ariel took 6 years to complete her degree when she earned the Pro Card. Then she returned in the month of October, 2015 when she made her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut in Phoenix Europa Games. Phoenix Europa Games. The athlete placed 3rd during the event. In summer 2016, she took home the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and as a result - qualified for the Fitness Olympia. In the span of three months, Ariel took to the Olympia stage and took 6th place in the Fitness Division. Ariel admits that she did not have any goals. Her satisfaction was high with her placement. Ariel had to compete with some of the world's top athletes. Ariel continues to improve her body. Ariel's favorite body part to work out is her back. The typical back workout for Ariel consists of single-arm lat pulldowns as well as pullups with a machine, and bent-over rows. Her usual routine is to warm up before moving on to the sets for working. Ariel uses her time efficiently. This is accomplished by creating all of her back exercises, and doing three or four supersets of 10-12 reps. The routine she follows is sort of exercise twice a week one day being light weight day and another heavier weight day.
